If payment was made by cash or check:
We will issue a full refund if reservation cancellation occurs at least two (2) weeks prior to reservation date.

If payment was made by credit card:
We will issue a full refund (less 3.2% merchant cost) if reservation cancellation occurs at least two (2) weeks prior to reservation date.

No refunds will be given if reservation is cancelled less than two weeks prior to reservation.
